AC Milan and eBay, a global marketplace, announce the launch of a charity auction in support of Fondazione Milan‘s Sport for Change program.
The initiative by the rossoneri foundation provides an opportunity for growth and development through sports for young people at risk of social exclusion or facing situations of educational poverty.
The auction, available on eBay.it starting from 6:00 PM today, offers five extraordinary rossoneri experiences, each accompanied by a signed memorabilia. Specifically, each package includes a personalized jersey autographed by AC Milan players: Giroud, Leao, Loftus-Cheek, Pulisic, and Theo.
Each experience includes two tickets to attend the Milan-Empoli match in the Primo Anello Arancio, some of which will also have access to the hospitality area, as well as a series of unique and exclusive activities: a special tour through the Club’s history at the Museo Mondo Milan, an exciting backstage access experience, the opportunity to closely watch the team warm-up during pre-match, the chance to meet the players after the game, and finally, a meet & greet with a Rossoneri legend.
The proceeds from the auction will be donated to Fondazione Milan to support the Sport for Change program, which aims to use sports as a tool for social inclusion and personal growth for disadvantaged youth.
Gabriel, a beneficiary of the Sport for Change program in Aleppo, says: “I never would have thought that, after being displaced due to the earthquake, the monastery that hosted us, providing protection and comfort, would become the place where I found my passion for football. I am grateful for the opportunity to be part of the Academy and for the friends I have found here.”
Since 2003, through its programs, Fondazione Milan has been committed to providing many young people with the resources and skills necessary to build a better future through sports.
